dito sa office wala n yatang bukang bibig kundi ang pag da diet,,,yung iba nanghihingi ng advise at tips kung paano ang safe at fast way of dieting,,,,hmmm samantalang ako hirap magpataba,, pisngi lang ng mukha ko ang tumataba,,hehehe sakaka tulog pag weekend,,, pihikan kasi ako sa pagkain t madaling mabusog, pagkain talaga ang madaling magpataba satin,,,,hmmm sana may capsule na na katumbas yung 2 to 3 rice at 2 meals heheeh pra kahit walang gana kumain,, inom lang,,instant meal na,,,,cguro pag ganun,, taba agad ako hehee,,,,

maganda na ang pakiramdam ko ngaun,, wala nang headache at mild na lang ang sorethroat ko,,, tnx kay Lord at sa 7 tablets n iniinom ko per day,,, grabeh daig ko pa ang adik,, hahah,,, hirap talaga ang magkasakit,,, marami bagay na nga ang di mo magawa,, magastos pa,,,,puyat at kahinaan daw ng resistensya ang dahilan sabi ni doc kaya madali akong magkasakit,,,,hmmm,, exercise,,, vitamins,,,wag mag pupyat,, yan daw ang dapat kong gawin,,,,, :)
